Delivery and Service Policy
We care about our product and logically do our best to deliver it to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that allows you to make a claim under warranty.
From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of a replacement free of charge.
It can happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by sending an email to email@example.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur.
From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR-platform of the European Commission. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
Reflection time & return
It is possible that you want to return the order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including any shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to our webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately € 7.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is well packed when returning.
We do our best to deliver your order within 3-5 workdays. If, for whatever reason, the delivery takes longer than indicated, we will inform you right away about this.
Delivery takes place via the postman or parcel deliverer. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery
